Been a while since I've run now & the sciatica is getting better but still nowhere near up to running. Big day of exercise.
6am did a cycle then went straight from that to an hour surf. Then got on the mountain bike & rode to WoyWoy & did a 1k swim. Then after a bit of a rest I rode from WoyWoy to Erina (gym) & did another cycle class then rode back to WoyWoy
