First run for the day was easy 12km. Hamstring was pretty tight in this
Later I did some speed work. I went for a 7.5k warmup run & decided not to go too hard tonight. We did 19 repeats between 110m & 120m.
I did them in 35, 40, 27, 26, 26, 26, 23, 25, 24, 22, 23, 22, 21, 21, 21, 21, 22, 22, 22,
Managed to do 14.5k tonight
Hamstring was fantastic tonight as well
