Ran with the trotters. It was the round drive through Avoca. I just took it easy. Left hamstring was still tight but alot better than yesterday.
I think it was from doing squats & 1 leg squats last Tuesday that made them tight.
After trotters I went to the gym & did some strength work
The run today was 11.6km. I did that in 1hr

Actually I think I heard you running by in the morning in the Round drive - was listening for you after I checked the website on Friday.
