Got up at 5am & was out running to work at 5:50am. Now it was a MASSIVE struggle getting up!.......I decided to run easy but after 10min I was feeling pretty good so I picked up the pace & just ran steady. Ran the 10.5k to work in 47:08 (4:29)
At 11:30am I ran home but was in a rush as I had heaps to do in such little time so I only ran the 6.7k. Did that faster in 26:27 (3:56) Legs were feeling quite good.
No pain anywhere & thats gotta be a good sign!
So another tues run at good pace. Felt good to run sub 4min k's on my own. Even though it was only a short distance. I do them quite easy in a race but find it hard to do on my own
