Was araining when I got up & have a bit of a virus. I decided to run on the t'mill. Did 10k then did bodybalance straight after.
Tonight was 6@6. Did a few laps as a warmup. Decided to go off easy
Laps were 5:00, 4:50, 4:47, 4:38 & 4:31. Finished in 23:46
