better than yesterday

Still not good enough to run yet but much better today.
Went to the gym this morning & got on the bike for 45min

Went back tonight & spent 40min stretching & on the foam roller then manage d to run a very slow 1km in 6min which felt good. Tight but good. Did the 5:30pm cycle class a bit more foam roller then home to eat!
