Drove down with Charlie to St Marys. I did this race 2yrs ago but was about 1min 20sec slower this year. It was quite hot & a massive head wind at the end. Legs felt heavy but no injury pain. I was happy with the result. I came about 9th overall & got 2nd in my age group.

I did a 7.5k before the race then another 10k after. So about 24k done today
