Not the best 10k I've done at the trotters. Right leg again got really heavy & didn't want to move. I think it's all the extra km's I've been doing of late. All good though, I'll start to taper off soon. I've still got to remember I've been running injured with that left hamstring & glute since the city to surf. 39:39 was the finishing time

At 9am I went in the 1000m out at Mingara. Last time when I did the 1000m last year I did 3:10. Today I did 3:11, so I was really happy with that. I felt we went too slow for the first 200m
