Started the morning with a easy 12k to Forries & back. Groin still tight but was good on run. It was aching all day yesterday though
Tonight we did 6x630m. It was pretty warm. Did these in 1:56, 1:54, 1:53, 1:53, 1:54 & 1:53
Other than running so hard that my lungs were almost exploding I felt pretty good!
