Good run tonight. Right quad still tight & sore but all went good. I did a couple of laps for a warmup. I planned to just finish & went easy/moderate for the first lap then just tried to hold the pace. It was getting hard & my legs were getting tired by the 4th lap but held it ok
Finished in 23:48 which is 1 second slower than last week. But last week I went easy
