Did a 10.3 easy run first up this morning. No pain but felt tight ITB. At 10:30am did body balance. 11:30am had a massage. (very painful!)
At 6pm did 6@6. Heavy tired legs I just ran moderate pace. ITB was great & didn't feel tight at all. Finished in 24:27
Laps were 4:42, 4:43. 5:04, 5:03 & 4:53
