2 good runs today. First was just after 8am. Ran easy 9.5km from Erina to East Gosford & back.
Just ran that quite slow
The second was 6@6. Did that in 19:33. Thats 1 second off my PB from last week. Now that made me feel good since I did the 1/2 marathon on Sunday. To do 3:29 a km for 5.6km is pretty good for me.

I feel really good in the muscles. Nothing else to say other than I hope I can keep this up without getting an injury. I feel really good with my running at the moment & am just loving the regular races so much it's getting scary. I can't get enough of them at the moment!
