This morning I ran 10.6km with the goal of starting quite slow and each km to increase the speed by 10sec. Splits were 5:58, 5:50, 5:41, 5:30, 5:21, 5:10, 5:02, 4:49, 4:41, 4:29 and for the last 600m it was 3:54
